Booking T&Cs
Please familiarise yourself with my booking terms and conditions set out below. They apply to all orders placed with Tanya's Baking, no matter how small or how far ahead you've booked in.
COLLECTIONS
- Unless I've agreed delivery to a venue for you, your order will need to be collected from the following address: Unit 18c Boxer Place, Leyland, PR26 7QL.
- Opening hours: Tue - Fri: 9am to 6pm, Sat: 9am to 11am. Closed Sundays & Mondays.
- It is your responsibility to communicate any allergies or dietary requirements with me at the time of booking. I do not cater for dairy free, gluten free or vegan diets. All items will come with allergy information attached, and the same will be provided to your venue if you place a delivery order (eg. wedding set ups).
STORAGE & TRAVEL
- I will advise you at the time of collection how to travel with and store your cake/other items. Tanya's Baking accepts no responsibility for any damaged caused to a cake once it has been collected or after delivery to your nominated venue.
CANCELLATIONS
- Less than 2 days notice = your deposit/any upfront payment is lost.
- More than 2 days notice = If possible, I will move your order to another date. If this can't be done, any amount paid will go on a credit note valid for 6 months.
DISCLAIMER
- No image sent to me regarding design will be copied exactly; even if it's one of my own previous orders. Every cake & bake is different, and images are used for inspiration only. I retain the creative right to alter any design as I see fit; if you have any specific requests please let me know at the time of ordering and I will be happy to accommodate.
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, this must be communicated at the time of collection (or within 12 hours if someone is collecting on your behalf). Refunds are at the discretion of Tanya's Baking.
